REGISTRATION AUTHORITY OPERATIONS
Meticulous control to protect identity
A Registration Authority is one of the most sensitive points in the trust chain. IDVERSE combines operations, proprietary technology and continuous supervision to keep every RA, every operator and every registration process under control.

THE LAST MILE OF TRUST
Trust is also determined by daily operations
A QTSP may have robust infrastructure, well-defined policies and technically sound processes. But a critical part of trust becomes real when a person is identified and a registration operator makes a decision.
As a network grows, so do its operators, offices, exceptions and the need to maintain consistent criteria.
That is why we treat Registration Authority operations as a critical function that must be manageable, observable and demonstrable.
OPERATIONAL ARCHITECTURE
Operate. Manage. Supervise.
Three distinct but connected layers designed to keep the operational lifecycle of a Registration Authority network under control.

01 / OPERATE

Intelligence applied when decisions are made
CAPIBARA is IDVERSE's artificial intelligence engine. AIRA is its practical application within the daily operation of Registration Authorities.
AIRA helps operators read and contrast documentation, detect inconsistencies and flag situations that require additional attention before approving an operation.
Technology assists. The operator remains responsible for the decision.
OPERATIONAL SIGNALS
When an alert does not end with the operation
AIRA may flag inconsistencies or situations requiring additional review.
If an operator decides to continue manually despite an alert, that operation does not disappear into the daily volume.
IDVERSE retains that signal and can incorporate it into its monitoring and supervision mechanisms.
From an individual exception to an operational signal
A single manual approval may be fully justified.
A repeated pattern may reveal a training need, a different operational criterion, an issue in a particular office or a deviation that deserves review.
Our model allows these signals to be identified before they develop into larger operational issues.
02 / MANAGE

An RA is not a database entry. It is a relationship that must be governed.
GestiRA concentrates the operational relationship with each Registration Authority throughout its lifecycle.
From onboarding and operator authorisation through training, documentation, activity, incidents and current status within the network.
Information is no longer fragmented and instead becomes part of a shared operational history.

PEOPLE AND PROCEDURES
Authorisation alone is not enough
Controlling a network also requires the people involved to understand the procedures they must apply.
IDVERSE incorporates operator training into the management lifecycle of each RA and maintains documentary evidence of the main milestones in that process.
It is not enough to know who is authorised to operate. We want to be able to demonstrate how they were prepared to do so.
03 / SUPERVISE

Supervision is not about reviewing documents. It is about understanding how a network behaves.
AuditRA structures the supervision process for Registration Authorities and keeps audits, evidence, incidents and subsequent actions connected.
The objective is not simply to confirm that documentation exists, but to have sufficient context to understand how each RA operates and evolves within the network.
Our supervision combines initial controls, periodic reviews and extraordinary actions when circumstances require them.
CONNECTED EVIDENCE
A single signal can travel across the whole system
01 / OPERATE
→↓AIRA identifies a situation requiring review.
The operator decides to continue and the action remains recorded.
02 / MANAGE
→↓GestiRA retains the context of the RA, the operator, training, activity and incidents.
03 / SUPERVISE

AuditRA allows that information to become part of the supervision process.
Evidence is no longer isolated. Behaviour gains context.

OPERATIONAL EXPERIENCE
Designed from real operations
These capabilities were not born as theoretical products.
They were developed to solve problems that emerge when a Registration Authority network grows and needs to maintain control, consistency and traceability.
When a need repeats and benefits the wider network, we develop technology to solve it.
PARTNERSHIPS
For organisations that need to control distributed operations
QTSP
For trust service providers that want IDVERSE to support part of their registration network operations or incorporate capabilities developed by us into their own operating model.
High-volume Registration Authorities
For networks with multiple offices, many operators or high issuance volumes where consistency, training, monitoring and supervision become especially important.
The trust of a network depends on how it operates every day.
If you manage a Registration Authority network or are designing a distributed registration model, we can explore how our operational and technological experience could become part of your approach.
