A history that cannot be rewritten afterwards
While an action has not yet involved a third party, you can organise, correct or remove it.
Once the third party participates and the action occurs, Accordia incorporates the event and its evidence into the process log. From that point, the manager cannot remove it to retrospectively change the history.

Request, share or capture documentation while making it possible to demonstrate how it entered the process, how it was delivered or under what circumstances it was created.
TrustedFile does not simply store files. It makes their interaction with the process evidentiary.
The person contributing a file also receives their own evidence.
Accordia adds the submission to the process log and gives the contributor a receipt confirming what was submitted and when. Evidence is not held by only one party: both can prove what happened.
Ask a third party for documentation and preserve evidence of their contribution.

VIDEO APPEARANCE
Accordia lets you conduct video appearances with controlled participant access and moderation throughout the session.
When the process requires it, the session can be recorded and transcribed. The recording, transcript and associated evidence are incorporated into the case while preserving their integrity.
