Target and scope
Our technical target is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, level AA. This target is not a statement of full conformance or a certification.
Evaluations in the backup project cover the 35 existing public pages in Spanish and English, with automated desktop and mobile checks. Browser checks include keyboard navigation, focus, forms without real submissions, motion preferences and representative views. Native 200% and 400% zoom was checked in Chromium on the home and What we solve pages in both languages.
Measures implemented
The website includes keyboard navigation, a skip-to-content link, focus indicators, semantic structure, image text alternatives and contrast corrections. Forms provide error identification, field associations and focus management.
Menus and dialogs support closing with Escape and returning focus. The layout adapts to narrow screens and enlarged content in the views evaluated.
Motion preferences
The preferences panel, available in the footer and secondary mobile-menu options, is separate from this information page. It contains only “Use system setting” and “Reduce motion”.
The first option returns control to the device or browser's preference. The second reduces non-essential animations without removing information or functionality. The choice is temporary during navigation, resets on reload, and is not stored permanently or transmitted to servers or analytics tools.
Limitations and pending checks
The final approved tests verified the text contrast corrections for “Action” in PEM (6.29:1) and “RECORDING” in Accordia (15.29:1) with ordinary motion. PEM reduced-motion checks and the targeted tests of overlap corrections in legal-page contents lists also passed. These improvements are now published. The results are limited to the states and configurations evaluated; they do not imply that all previously reported findings are resolved. The warnings recorded on mobile digital certificates and digital identity pages relate to an off-screen language selector; when focused and made visible, no contrast violations were detected in the check performed. Automated checks do not cover every state or establish WCAG conformance on their own.
Real testing with NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver or TalkBack, voice control, switch devices or people with disabilities has not been performed. An independent evaluation and checks of real submissions and the services processing them are also pending; the latter require authorization and an agreed test environment.
