Data we process

  • Identification and contact data: name, company, role, email and telephone.
  • The content of your request and the need you select.
  • For applications: your professional profile, links you provide, form answers and your CV.
  • Technical browsing and security data needed for the website to work and be protected.
  • Aggregated usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

We only ask for the data needed for each purpose. Required fields are marked in each form.

Purposes and legal bases

We process your data for the following purposes, each with its legal basis:

Contact requests

To answer and manage the request you send us through the form, by telephone or by email. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries received (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Commercial management

To manage the business relationship arising from your request, prepare proposals and follow them up. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps or performance of the contract and, where applicable, legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Optional commercial communications

Only if you tick the corresponding box, to send you information by electronic means about our solutions, services, news and content. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 21 LSSI-CE).

Consent is voluntary and does not affect how we handle your request. You can withdraw it at any time using the mechanism included in each communication or by writing to privacidad@idverse.es. We record the date, the source form and the version of the text accepted so that we can demonstrate it.

Analytics

To measure website usage in aggregate in order to improve it. Legal basis: your consent, which you give or refuse in the cookie notice (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE). Analytics tools are not activated before you give it.

Security and abuse prevention

To protect the website and forms against automated use, fraud and abuse by means of technical security signals. Legal basis: legitimate interest in ensuring network and information security (Art. 6(1)(f) and Recital 49 GDPR). This purpose is separate from analytics and commercial communications.

Recruitment and spontaneous applications

To assess and manage your application and, for spontaneous applications, to be able to consider your profile for current or future professional opportunities. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent when you voluntarily send us your application (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Applications are not used to send commercial communications.

Retention periods

  • Contact requests and commercial management: for as long as needed to handle them and, afterwards, for the limitation periods of any legal liabilities.
  • Commercial communications: until you withdraw your consent.
  • Applications: up to 12 months, unless you update your application or authorise a further retention period.
  • Analytics data: for the period configured in the tool, which will be stated in the Cookie Policy.

Recipients and processors

We do not disclose your data to third parties unless legally required. To provide our services we rely on providers acting as processors, with whom we have signed the contracts required by Art. 28 GDPR: web hosting, customer relationship management (CRM) tools, email, website security and, if you accept it, analytics.

Salesforce CRM

Contact requests and information about commercial communications may be managed in Salesforce, the CRM tool used by IDVERSE. Salesforce acts as a processor under the applicable data protection contractual terms.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, transfers are made to countries with a European Commission adequacy decision — including, where applicable, the EU-US Data Privacy Framework — or with appropriate safeguards such as the standard contractual clauses approved by the Commission.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw any consent given at any time, by writing to privacidad@idverse.es or by post to our registered office. If necessary, we will ask for information to verify your identity.

Complaints to the AEPD

If you consider that your data is not being processed appropriately, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Automated decisions

We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing of your data, including profiling, that produce legal effects concerning you.

Security

We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk to protect your data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration or destruction.

Data protection contact

For any question about the processing of your personal data you can write to privacidad@idverse.es.

Updates to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect legal changes or changes in our processing. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
